Chef’s Tasting Menu and Premium Wine Pairing at Charlie Trotter’s in 2008. For some strange reason they had Château Haut-Brion 1982 open and it was paired with the main beef course. I can still taste the flavors to this day.
I will have to find a cold natural spring to keep my Pierre Peters Les Chetillons 2004 nice and cold.
