Unlike many of their neighbors, the brothers harvest entirely by hand. The Raveneau winemaking style includes a gentle pressing, fermentation in tank, while allowing the lees to settle and saving only the very finest before racking the wines into barrel for 18 months in neutral oak barrels and feuillettes. Penetrating and stony, aromatic and intense, these are among the finest Chardonnays in the world.
