Olivier brings a wealth of experience to the winery, having worked at the renowned Domaine Méo-Camuzet and traveled the world to taste and learn from other winemakers. He has significantly changed the family's viticultural practices, including planting vines at high densities and using large oak barrels, resulting in wines of exceptional quality and character.

Sourced from premier vineyards in Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, these wines are highly sought-after for their classic, refined, pure, and mineral character.
