Information Collected

SommPicks collects personal information (“Personal Information”) about members to customize the content and/or the layout of the Site and to contact members regarding their accounts. If a member chooses to place an order through the Site, we collect additional information including, but not limited to, the member’s name, billing address, shipping address, date of order and product(s) purchased.

SommPicks also collects non-personal information and general statistics (“Non-Personal Information”) about each member that visits the Site. This information is recorded, collected and analyzed to understand usage of the Site. Non-Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, internet service provider data, internet protocol address and browser information. SommPicks may share Information with third parties for example, to process and fulfill orders. In addition, we may share Information if we are required to do so by law or if disclosing Information is vital to identify, contact or bring legal action in order to protect SommPicks, its customers or third parties. We may employ or contract other third parties to perform services, maintain and operate the Site, maintain and operate updates or newsletters sent by SommPicks or maintain certain features of the Site. We may also employ third parties to analyze our sales data or to assist in marketing and personalizing product information. We may share Information with any of these third parties. When creating an account on our Site, you are required to establish a password. We encourage you to choose a password that is at least 8 characters, using a combination of letters, numbers and symbols. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and Information.

Removing Information

While we attempt to accommodate reasonable requests to delete Information, please note that we cannot always delete all records. For instance, we are required to retain records related to previous sales for financial reporting and compliance purposes. We may retain and use Information to, among other things, comply with our legal obligations, preserve our rights, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
