Pietracupa, located in the heart of Campania, is a shining star in the Italian wine scene, renowned for its mastery of the region's indigenous grape varieties. The estate's vineyards, situated at an elevation of approximately 2,000 feet, thrive in volcanic soils rich in clay, sandstone, and limestone. This high-altitude environment, combined with the distinctive soil composition, imparts a remarkable minerality and complexity to the wines. Sabino's dedication to showcasing the purest expression of these grapes is evident in his use of stainless steel for fermentation, preserving the fresh, vibrant character of the fruit.
