The bouquet is extroverted with black cherries, Indian ink and touches of vanilla - well defined and generous. The palate is leaning towards redcurrant and strawberry fruit, the acidity nicely defined with a precise, quite tensile finish. This has an effortless charm. (NM)" 90-92 points Vinous "Bright medium ruby. Kirsch, blackberry and licorice aromas are complicated by chocolate and leather nuances. Plusher, thicker and more open-knit than the Serpentieres and Peuillets but still in a distinctly dark style.
