The vineyards sprawl between Nuits-St-Georges and Gevrey-Chambertin, and while historic ties draw connections to renowned producers like Henri Jayer, Tremblay’s approach—embracing whole bunch fermentation—departs radically from her celebrated uncle’s 100% destemmed method.
