Round, pure and mineral on the palate, this is a medium to full-bodied, utterly mineral and tightly structured Chenin with ripe pear flavors on the crisp and salty finish. The Guiberteau family's significant acquisition, Clos des Carmes, in the 1950s provided the foundation for Romain Guiberteau to craft coveted wines.
