Medium to full-bodied, deep and concentrated, with a rich core of ripe fruit, powdery tannins and a long, saline finish, it's a site that purists may prefer in cooler years. The sleek and sophisticated medium weight flavors exude an almost palpable minerality as the mouthfeel is akin to rolling tiny pebbles around the mouth, all wrapped into dusty, palate soaking and beautifully long finale.
