The bouquet wafts from the glass in a classy blend of apple, peach, warm bread, complex minerality. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, complex and has nice mineral drive on the backend, with elegant mousse, a fine core and excellent length and grip on the still quite snappy finish. (JG)"
